Are you maximizing your investment property income?
We offer 3 exceptional services for our landlords;
1. Lease only; which we facilitate finding a qualified tenant for your rental property then place them in an executed lease and collect and disperse all monies as required. This program is designed for the landlord who wishes to self manage their own property. The fee for this service is 1 months full rent.
2. Full service; property management which includes everything as provided in option 1 and in addition we also facilitate all aspects of property management from complaints, repairs, emergencies, after hours phone calls, inspections before and after the tenant takes possession, evictions, 3 day notices etc. The fee for this service is 1/2 of the full first months rent and 10% thereafter on months 2 through 12.
3. Seasonal; property management is for your short term occupancy of 6 months or less. The fee for this service is 15% of the total rent collected.
